High level, retaliatory trolling from the troll master himself:
URGENT: Trump Speaks @PhilipRucker will not support Paul Ryan and John McCain in the upcoming Republican Party primarieshttps://t.co/DC0lqLrfYp

Trump diehards will eat it up. Other Republicans will mutter about its uselessness. Never-Trumpers will see it as further proof that this man does not deserve their support. In other words, it’s a day ending in “y.” Both Ryan and McCain reluctantly endorsed Trump in the general election, with the former chairing Trump’s nominating convention and clearly supporting him in a prime-time speech. But both dismissed some of Trump’s most contemptible excesses, notably the Arizona senator’s a acute reprimand about Trump’s self-destructive fight against the Gold Star Muslim family – which even Chris Christie(!) condemned. America’s biggest ego is probably hurt by the reality that Republicans I didn’t pay attention his demand that they support him on Khan, and Mr. Trump does not take personal disloyalty lightly. So he throws out Ryan’s reluctant tongue before endorsing back in his facenot giving McCain a slap in the face (to be fair, he has always made it clear that he prefers people who haven’t been captured) and gratuitously attacking the incumbent Republican senator from New Hampshire, Kelly Ayotte, who is locked in a very close re-election race. It’s no wonder that Trump’s bravado about Ayotte is inconsistent with the facts:
.@realDonaldTrump: “I’m way ahead of Ayotte in the polls.” Latest poll: Clinton 39, Trump 37; Hassan 45, Ayotte 42 https://t.co/pLGN9jSUWR

She “beats” him average of pollsalso. I operate quotation marks because they are not running against each other; they will appear on the same party ticket in November, and she is supporting him against Hillary. Other than that, solid analysis of Trump. Given the dynamics of her race, Ayotte may very well to be ecstatic those sarcasms that could even be considered strategic, if Trump ever chose deliberate strategic thinking over impulsive blather. As for Speaker Ryan, here is his team’s acute response to Trump’s latest declaration:
Ryan’s Camp:
“Neither Chairman Ryan nor anyone on his team has ever asked Donald Trump for an endorsement,” he predicts, claiming victory next week.

Ryan’s election will be next week. The evidence suggests he will win easily, but Trump’s allies hope to exact their ultimate revenge by springing a surprise. Regardless, Trump’s mood swings (which have fueled speculation about whether he is mentally stable — that’s what many people say, tell me(as Donald might cynically put it) swing wildly between “we are so united” and “fuck unity, I don’t need these losers.” Based on novel polls in which Hillary has regained the lead, he doesin fact, they need these losers. Democratic unity has solidified, while Republicans and conservatives are peel Trump’s train. And now he’s losing again. He knows it too, that’s why it keeps pouring about how he just can feel general election “rigged” in dice, or whatever. That’s what he does whenever he loses, by the way. He makes baseless accusations of illegitimacy. Because Mr. Trump couldn’t lose on his own — based on, say, his awful positive rating. I’ll leave you with John Kasich’s not-coincidentally-synchronized praise of Ryan, McCain, and Ayotte (Trump continues to antagonize the popular Ohio governor, whose political operations, the virtually uncampaigned billionaire, may eventually need aid to win in a key state where at best a draw), and another campaign data point:
Republicans are lucky to have such great left-wing politicians as @PRyan, @SenJohnMcCain & @KellyAyotte -ALL are crucial to maintaining our conservative majority

Team Clinton has booked $98 million for TV ads. Team Trump? Less than $1 million in total.https://t.co/lueJaAC782 photo: twitter.com/bo9aS6wFvA

But the media made money, Trump’s defenders will be firing back. Do they mean all the free reporting that led to first in history negative reflection of the convention, as measured by Gallup, which helped to gather historically terrifying unfavorable assessment? Just another brilliant chess move by “perfect“campaign, I guess. The point is: If you want Trump to win – and Hillary deserves to lose – he requirements improve. Pretending everything is fine and ignoring biased media polls does him no favors.
