Vivek Ramaswamy defeats Christie and Haley in the fourth debate

Ohio businessman Vivek Ramaswamy pulled out all the stops during the fourth GOP debate, defeating his rival, former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley, and former Gov. Chris Christie (R-N.J.).

On Wednesday night, Ramaswamy hit out left and right, telling Christie to “eat a nice meal” and withdraw from the race as “the most disgusting asshole in America.”

“First of all, Chris Christie also doesn’t know what provinces in eastern Ukraine he actually wants us to fight for. “Chris, your version of the foreign policy experience involved closing the bridge from New Jersey to New York,” Ramaswamy said. “So do everyone a favor, just get off the stage, eat a nice meal and get the fuck out of this race!”

Holding a sign that read “Nikki=Corrupt,” Ramaswamy took aim at Haley, comparing the South Carolina Republican to President Joe Biden.

“Now many neoconservatives quietly share this position, with the exception of Nikki Haley and Joe Biden, who continue to support what I believe is a senseless war in Ukraine,” Ramaswamy said. “And I think those who have experience in foreign policy have one thing in common between Joe Biden and Nikki Haley: neither of them can even name three provinces in eastern Ukraine that they want to send our troops to actually claim. they fought. Look at this: This is what I want people to understand.”

However, coincidentally, Christie came to Haley’s defense, telling Ramaswamy to stop insulting her.

“He insulted Nikki Haley’s basic intelligence. Not her position, but her basic intelligence,” Christie said, adding: “Listen, if you want to disagree on issues, that’s fine. Nikki and I disagree on some things. I’ve known her for 12 years… and while we disagree on some issues and disagree on who should be president of the United States, we disagree that she is a smart, accomplished woman. You should stop insulting her.”

In response, Ramaswamy criticized both Haley and Christie for their foreign policy positions, returning to an attack he had previously used on Haley during the previous debate, saying, “You can put lipstick on Dick Cheney; he’s still a fascist.”
