Republican AGs hit Biden with another lawsuit

Nearly two dozen Republican attorneys general filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration on Tuesday afternoon, opposing existing mask mandates on federal transportation.

Arizona, Utah, Florida, Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia have joined the lawsuit.
