Last Friday, President Obama gave his last press conference as a head. An undeterminated loss of his future successor to Donald Trump in the presidential election, undamaged by the entire dominance of Republicans by the Congress, state legisters and governors, he maintained his nippy and collected compassion. Why not? According to Obama, Obama was the main success.
Perhaps the most amusing moment of illusion occurred when he talked about terrorism. “Over the past eight years, no foreign terrorist organization has successfully made an attack on our homeland, which was directed from abroad,” said Obama. Then he continued, saying that no attack was performed “in a storm, and the attacker runs a tractor with one hand, drinking from the second life of a miller and wearing a clown nose.”
To be sincere, Obama did not add these final qualifications. But he might as well. To define the problem of terrorism, which radically increased around the world, he simply talked about terrorism as problems of organized groups in defined territories. This is not how state-of-the-art terrorism works. Terrorist groups can recruit without formal structures and can act as independent cells in different countries.
Only three days after Obama’s testimony, the alleged jihadi plowed a truck to the Christmas market in Berlin; On the same day, a Turkish terrorist murdered the Russian ambassador in Turkey. These latest attacks are not protruding values. Over the past few years, we have seen terrorist attacks in Turkey, Germany, Belgium, Great Britain, Canada and Australia.
Of course, this type of terrorism is not falling into foreign countries. Here is an incomplete full list of radical terrorist attacks related to Islam and attempts of American land near Obama: shooting American military recruiters in Little Rock, Arkansas; Massacre in Fort Hood; bombardment of the Boston marathon; attempt to bombard the airport in Wichita, Kansas; Hatchet attacks on police policemen in New York; Attempt to shoot at the “Draw Muhammad” party in Garland, Texas; Attacks on military recruiters in Chattanooga, Tennessee; massacre in San Bernardino Inland Regional Center; Shooting at the Orlando Night Club; bombing in New York and New Jersey; and a car attack of the Ohio State University.
Obama still thinks that he can cover her terrible record using strictly drawn definitions of terrorism. This is the equivalent of President Bill Clinton, who said he was faithful to his wife, except for some areas such as sex. It is technically true, if possible, but it does not go too far.
Americans know this and reacted to Obama’s consistent lie, choosing Trump, a man who needs little evidence to draw conclusions. Obama is very trying to avoid seeing the patterns of fact that she simply skipped uncomfortable data points. Trump is so willing to see the patterns of fact that it simply contains convenient points other than the date. But Americans prefer to have Trump’s mentality for competitions than the Mentality of Obama-Mentality-Mentality Trump can lead to errors, but these errors are less likely to cost Western life.
So Obama can get her artificial sophistication on terrorism as much as she wants. If the Democrats want to make sure that the Republicans are still winning elections, they should follow it.
