“I am proud to endorse Jane Timken for the United States Senate. I have seen Jane’s leadership firsthand as she served as the first female chair of the Ohio Republican Party (OHRP) and carried Ohio by a landslide for President Trump in 2020,” Noem he said Fox News. “Jane is a trailblazer who has fought to keep Ohio red and has never backed down from the fight. I am confident that Jane Timken will be a leader with the determination, tenacity and integrity needed to fight for Ohio values in Washington.”
Following Noem’s announcement, Timken told Fox News that “as a conservative, I’m proud to have a fighter like Governor Noem on my side.”
Timken is part of a growing group of GOP candidates for the nomination, including businessmen Bernie Moreno and Mike Gibbons, former Ohio State Treasurer Josh Mandel and J.D. Vance.
