Joe Biden is in Ukraine, not East Palestine, Ohio, reflecting this administration’s handling of crisis management. Once again, this is brutal theater of failure, and this clown show of the White House has yet to address any of the domestic crises that have killed American working families. Inflation remains a cancer of the economy, so the luxurious were there when Biden introduced his “tax the rich” proposal during the State of the Union address; inflation is a tax on everyone. In East Palestine, Ohio, a train derailment is an environmental disaster, but Joe is too busy crunching numbers in our never-ending proxy war in Ukraine.
I used to think Joe Biden couldn’t do the job because he was too elderly, stupid and snail-paced. He remains all this, steeped in undeserved arrogance, that he does nothing in DC other than win significant Amtrak awards. The Democratic shift in Ohio is noteworthy due to the state’s political shift. In the mid-2000s, the state was considered the Holy Grail of American politics, a decisive battleground state that could determine the victory or defeat of a presidential campaign. George Will aptly described the GOP scenario for 2008: take the South, Midwest and parts of the West, then spend the equivalent of Brazil’s GDP and take Ohio. Obama changed that, but Trump definitely made Ohio a red state.
Therefore, Democrats couldn’t talk less nonsense about Ohio and East Palestine being Trump country. 70% of its inhabitants voted for the former president. She is overwhelmingly white and working class – people whom Joe Biden and his party mock as too penniless, uneducated and alien. I’m sure there was a consensus in the Biden White House that these people deserved to have their city polluted.
After two weeks, the Federal Emergency Management Agency will finally distribute aid and assist in the rescue effort. The announcement comes after Biden rejected Gov. Mike DeWine’s requests for federal aid. For Biden’s people, the train wreck hasn’t reached a level that warrants the release of such resources, but if it happened near the Acela Corridor, FEMA would be on the scene faster than you could say “Hunter Biden’s crack pipe.”
Biden and the Democrats take pride in selling themselves to voters as those who will represent everyone. We all know that’s a lie, one of many he spewed as president. Apparently, if you’re white, working class, and live in a Republican-dominated area, they want you to drink contaminated water. They don’t care about you; they never did this. The fact that you would live here is a disqualifying factor in the minds of these people. The fact that you are a Trump supporter makes you a proto-Nazi, and the lack of a college education means you deserve to starve. This is the mind of the American liberal: Be like me or die. This sounds almost like the authoritarian systems that dominated the elderly Soviet Union. Oh wait – that’s what parts of the USSR and parts of Oceania want, given the left’s desire to destroy words and their meanings. The term the left hates most is “woman,” which is a level of irony that even a bunker buster can’t penetrate.
