Early voting error

This year, over 38 million voting cards have arrived, breaking the intramate election record for early voting. It was almost twice as high as early voting in the last election in half, in 2014, when 21 million voted early.

However, few really apply this early voting fashion, except for political machines and better financed candidates. This means that early voting is increased by democrats, who this year had a huge advantage over collecting funds along with their political machine, which has long dominated Chicago and other huge cities.

In traditionally red states of Texas and Florida, early voting means that many races will be established before the election day. Both states now have an extensive early voting, as a result of which both were directed in huge cash for Democrats in this election cycle.

The influx of tens of millions of dollars of liberals to finance Beto O’Rourke in his campaign for the US Senate in Texas surprised some, but not those familiar with the circus of an extended early vote, which is allowed in Lone Star. Before traditionally democratic polls for polls in the two -week period of early voting, well -financed Democrats in Texas hope to win elections that otherwise they would lose in this conservative state.

In Texas, early voting increased everywhere, but especially rapidly increased in highly democratic areas, such as Austin and Dallas. Losses may include Republicans down, including state legislators and local officials.

Similarly, in another huge red condition of Florida, over 5 million votes were cast at an early stage of this fall. It was 38.4% of the entire electorate in Florida and more than the number that voted on the day of election.

Intelligent liberal money flowed in a great style against republican candidates in both states, attracted by Hold People to early voting and tilting the result. A candidate who collects the most money more often wins in the election, determined by pricey early voice efforts.

Voting last Sunday morning in Miami-Dade, the biggest unit in Florida, tells the story. The record 40,000 voting cards have been planted, many bus from churches as part of the “Souls to the Polls” campaign.

This Sunday in voting gave the Democrats in Florida to lead in general voting cards early. Meanwhile, independent voters, on which Republicans often rely on the choice, are cut off from early voting, and thus become less significant, especially in the election without presidential.

Last year, Hans von Spakovsky published a report for the Heritage Foundation, in which he came to the conclusion that early voting could escalate the costs of the campaign and actually reduce the overall attendance. For example, early voting removes social pressure to vote on the day of elections.

Add to this how early voting has become a modern form of machine -style policy that distorts the election process and changes the results. Honesty and emotions related to the election day are undermined by huge expenses for the early vote of people.

The average American in Florida, Texas and other early voting would be fine in regaining life, without tiring robocalls and other efforts to encourage them to vote earlier. The huge majority of early voters would vote on the day of elections, and both sides spend millions to transfer these votes for a week early, there is a waste.

On Tuesday there was no voting line in many election elections, which escaped from this experience and may cause that fewer people vote next time. Early voting undermines the patriotic value of the united election day.

The first voters had less information, including the main economic data, which were not published until last Friday. In some states, such as Montana, a libertarian candidate for the Senate withdrew from the race and supported the Republican candidate after how many votes were already cast.

In California, his postal voting means that the election results may remain uncertain until the day of election, when voting cards are ultimately received by electoral officials. It is impossible to check voters’ fraud and there is no place for district monitors.

Nevada is a state in which elections decide to vote early, and has a strict Senate race for the place of Republicans. However, voting cards have already been filled by 40% of energetic voters before the election day, and the Democrats defeated the Republicans by a 41-38% margin in early voices.

The Republicans have been controlling Florida and Texas Gubernorship for years, so it surprises why they allow the ubiquitous early vote, including Sunday voting in Florida, which the Democrats used. Other Republican countries, such as Ohio and North Karolina, have wisely tried to stop the raging early vote.

There is a constitutional right to vote. But there is no constitutional right to earlier voting and the time has come to restore honesty and importance for the election day by voting in early voting again.
