With its twin abortion rulings, the Florida Supreme Court has given Gov. Ron DeSantis both a major victory and one of the biggest challenges to date in his legacy as governor. Children with a beating heart will be protected from May 1. However, in November, a constitutional amendment will be on the ballot that would guarantee abortion throughout the entire trimester of pregnancy.
I spoke recently in Florida donors about the consequences of voting and the Big Abortion attack on the states. Rewriting state constitutions is key to the abortion lobby’s national strategy Dobbs. Out-of-state billionaires and far-left groups like the ACLU and Planned Parenthood are going around the country targeting pro-life states with misleading voting measures that override existing laws to create second- and third-trimester abortion rights.
But so far they haven’t had to fight Ron DeSantis.
Most recently, DeSantis summoned the amendment was considered too radical and misleading. This clarity from the Governor will be worth more than millions of dollars of fraud by the abortion industry and is an example to any pro-life governor facing the abortion amendment.

CNN is already here in Florida parroting even though the abortion lobby lies about a “public health crisis.” a tiny proportion of abortions take place for medical reasonsand the heartbeat law contains no fewer than five different exceptions, including maternal life and a fatal prenatal diagnosis.
If anyone can cut through the lies, DeSantis will.
The truth is that Prop 4 threatens to erase years of progress in life under DeSantis.
Florida will once again become a southeastern sanctuary state for barbaric late-term abortions when babies are in pain. Abortion supporters in Ohio He admitted that their amendment did not define what a “health” reason meant, leaving it to the abortionist who directly benefits.

Governor DeSantis knows how to win on abortion. Combining clarity, compassion and contrast, DeSantis faced a challenge from former U.S. Rep. Right now, pro-abortion Democrats mistakenly believe they have an insurmountable provision in which abortion is the silver bullet that will save them from the unpopular current and failed administration. President Biden conducted a “seven-figure” advertising campaign and an abortion tour with a final stop in Florida this week. Hillary Clinton spoke out, as did DeSantis’ nemesis in California, Gov. Gavin Newsom. But as DeSantis claims, Florida is not California. Due to their overconfidence, going for the bombastic goal of toppling Florida could prove to be a massive mistake.
This moment presents DeSantis’ greatest chance ever – saving lives and defeating the left. As the governor says, Florida is “a place where the woke die” and with his facilitate, the Big Abortion plans will die too.
