Democrat, republican governors from 13 countries send help to Texas

Rescue and recovery staff from 13 states help Texas regenerate as a result of a deadly flood event of July 4, which killed at least 119, and at least 173 reported.

Both Republican and Democratic Governors sent help to Texas from the States of Arkansas, California, Florida, Louisiana, Nebraski, New Jersey, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and Wisconsin.
