We already know that Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez (D-N.Y.) is as dumb as a box of rocks, but her latest comments make her seem as delusional as President Joe Biden.
During this week’s Title IX hearing, AOC made a wild claim, saying that preventing transgender athletes from competing against women is racist against Black women.
The Squad member added that preventing men from competing against women is transphobic, racist and sexist.

Oh, but AOC’s weird comments didn’t end there. She also claimed that “all” underage women would be subjected to “genital testing” if biological males were banned from competing in women’s sports.
“We’re talking about giving all women and girls access to genital examinations when they’re minors, potentially just because someone might point to someone and say, ‘I don’t think you’re a girl,'” AOC said.
Her comments come a year after the Ohio Senate removed a controversial provision from the House proposal that would have prohibited biological men from competing with women. It would require “internal and external” exams to confirm a student-athlete’s gender. However, no progress was made.
Ohio Senate Republicans replaced a provision requiring gender-sensitive student-athletes to provide a copy of their original birth certificate in order to compete.
“And we’re saying this in a post-Dobbs America, where states are criminalizing access to abortion and want nothing more than data on women to find out who has a menstrual cycle and who doesn’t?” The Democrat added.
The hearing focused on the Biden administration’s proposed changes to Title IX regulations that would redefine sex discrimination in terms of “gender identity.” If adopted, the changes would expand Title IX anti-discrimination protections to all Americans who identify as women, not just women. In other words, women’s sports would no longer be restricted to biological women.
According to Questionnaire, a majority of Americans (69%) believe that transgender athletes should only be allowed to play on sports teams that match their birth gender, up from 62% in 2021. At the same time, fewer transgender athletes support being able to play on teams that match their current identity sexual.
