In 2016, I played Paul Revere, except I announced, “Trump’s victory is coming! Trump’s victory is coming!” I appeared over 1,500 times on television and radio to convey the message that all the polls were wrong. I have been telling Donald Trump supporters to ignore “fake news” and bogus polls.
Tens of thousands of Trump voters emailed me thanking me for giving them hope when all seemed lost. Hundreds of conservative radio and television hosts thanked me for keeping the spirit of the “Trump Army” alive when Trump voters were at their darkest and worst.
For better or worse, this is my greatest talent in life: seeing through the bad math, lies, deception and propaganda of pollsters and the mainstream media to keep Trump voters excited, motivated, focused and in the game.
I was right in 2016. I’ll be there again on November 3rd.
Despite all the erroneous polls showing a double-digit loss, I believe President Trump is on track for a landslide election victory (slightly more than in 2016). And I can prove it.
First, this election looks like a carbon copy of 2016. Every poll back then showed that Trump was headed for disaster. But I had a secret weapon. I called it the taxi survey. My friend drove a taxi in Las Vegas. Each person who got into her taxi was told, “I’m doing a survey. It is 100% confidential. I don’t even know your name. So tell me, who are you voting for?” The results were overwhelming for Trump. I already knew then what was about to happen.
Today I have what I call the Truckers survey. But it’s not just my trucker fans; my fans are traveling around the country in their campers. Everyone reports the same phenomenon. There are thousands of Trump lawn signs in Central America. But where are the Biden signs? Almost none can be found.
People, understand this: what the polls say doesn’t matter. What people tell pollsters doesn’t matter. Only the votes of citizens in a few key battleground states count, most notably Florida and the Midwestern states of Ohio, Michigan, Iowa, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. My fans tell me these states are 100% Trump country. There is no support for Biden in compact towns and suburbs.
This is 2016 squared. After what Trump has done for the US economy and manufacturing jobs, and after winning the trade war with China, he is a hero. People may not tell pollsters this, but Trump is the “King of the Midwest.”
But wait; there is more.
The media constantly quotes every poll that shows Trump’s double-digit defeat. But I never heard a word about this week’s Democracy Institute Sunday Express poll, which showed Trump beating Biden 46% to 45% and winning almost every battleground state by a wide margin. This poll did not outsample Democrats by a mile (as is the case with most other polls) and included only likely voters. Only likely voters in battleground states matter.
Or this week’s Poll Watch poll, which shows Trump winning nationwide, in battleground states and in the Electoral College. Trump dominates on two issues that matter to most Americans: the economy and law and order.
Or maybe you’ve heard that the RealClearPolitics battleground average has Trump slightly better than where he was at this time in 2016 (on his way to victory over Hillary Clinton)?
Most importantly, a modern Gallup poll shows that 56% of Americans say they are better off now under Trump than they were four years ago under then-President Barack Obama and then-Vice President Joe Biden. Every expert knows what determines victory in elections. “It’s the economy, stupid.” The huge majority of Americans feel better today than they did four years ago, despite Covid-19. Do you think they are voting for Biden? By the way, that 56% is the highest result ever for Gallup, which asked the question, “Are you doing better today than you were four years ago?” Ronald Reagan received 44% in the Gallup poll and won in a landslide. Trump is at 56%.
They may not be telling pollsters this is the case, but when they enter the ballot box, everyone is voting for Trump.
If Americans aren’t already convinced that Trump is great for the economy, third-quarter gross domestic product will be released on October 29, five days before the election. The Atlanta Fed estimates that economic growth will be 34.6%, the highest in American history – since 1776.
Game. Set. Game. Matt.
Still not convinced? Since primary elections were born in 1912, no incumbent president has ever lost a general election after receiving 75% or more of the vote from his party in the primary. Trump received 94% of the total cast in the 2020 Republican primary.
One more factor: Due to fear of Covid-19, the Biden team has hardly knocked on any doors in America. But Trump volunteers knocked on more than 20 million doors in battleground states. Twelve million to zero. Don’t you think that changes things on Election Day?
Incidentally, Biden and vice presidential candidate Kamala Harris held an event in Arizona on Thursday. Eight people showed up.
On November 3, the liberal media will be shocked and amazed again. Trump is again at risk of a landslide in the election.
And this modern-day Paul Revere is right – again.
