Former President Donald Trump announced Friday that he has agreed to participate in the fourth presidential debate with President Joe Biden and has accepted Fox News’ offer to host the vice presidential debate on behalf of his yet-to-be-elected running mate.
“I have agreed to a fourth presidential debate against Crooked Joe Biden, this time with NBC and Telemundo” – Trump announced on the Social Truth website. “As Republicans, it is important that we WIN against our Greater Latino Community, which Biden has devastated with crippling inflation, high gas prices, crime on our streets and chaos at the border.”
“This fourth debate will be consistent with our previously approved presidential debates on CNN, ABC and Fox. “This is all in addition to our acceptance of an invitation from Bret Baier and Martha MacCallum of Fox News to host the vice presidential debate at Virginia State University or another venue in Virginia to be named later,” he continued. “These are the debates voters asked for, and these are the debates voters will get!”
Biden’s campaign previously accepted CBS News’ invitation to participate in the vice presidential debate, which Trump did not agree to.
The Biden campaign did this as well not accepted NBC/Telemundo debate, prompting a acute rebuke from the Trump campaign.
“It is shameful that Crooked Joe Biden has turned his back on Latinos and REFUSED to debate in favor of the Latino community!” in a statement sent to the media it was written; addition:
Biden has been TERRIBLE for Latinos: Bidenomics is crushing our communities, rising prices are decimating our families, and Biden’s open border favors illegal immigrants over American citizens!
The Telemundo/NBC debate would be widely watched by Latino voters, but Biden’s handlers are unwilling to let him defend his disastrous record. Crooked Joe Biden is too “cobarde” to address the Latino community and be held accountable for his failures on the debate stage!”
Fox he invited both campaigns to take part in the Vice-President’s debate earlier on Friday. Harris hasn’t agreed yet.
The first debate The premiere is scheduled for June 27 and will be broadcast on CNN.
Shortly before the Truth Social Trump post announced Fox’s Vice Presidential Debate plan, saying: “On behalf of the future Vice President of the United States, whom I have not yet chosen, we hereby accept the Fox Vice Presidential Debate, hopefully at Virginia State University, the first historically black school or university to host the Debate – date to be determined.” “
“I am calling on Vice President Kamala Harris to agree to this. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!” he went out on.
