No, LeBron, the left is using sports to divide the country

The left-wing media is no stranger to attacking President Trump. They often find a substantial name to interview, hoping the interviewee will verbally attack the president the left hates so much. Usually, the interviewer will go along with it. The media will air the interview for a day or two to create a story.

Last weekend Don Lemon conducted interview basketball star LeBron James on the opening of the I Promise school he founded for at-risk and disadvantaged children in Akron, Ohio. Lemon naturally turned the question to the president during the interview. It’s no secret that James doesn’t like the president, even though unemployment is the lowest This number has not changed for African Americans since data collection began.

Don Lemon asked James what he would say if he were sitting across from Trump. James replied that he wouldn’t sit across from Trump, but he would sit across from Barack. James continued by saying that he thinks the president is using sports to divide the country, but he didn’t say in what way.

James chose to ignore the fact that the left was weaving politics into sports long before Trump entered the Oval Office. In December 2012, Kansas City Chiefs player Jovan Belcher shot and killed his girlfriend and then himself outside Arrowhead Stadium in a murder-suicide. After that, Bob Costas gave a fatherly lecture on gun control after the halftime incident.

In 2016, as an unsigned football player, Colin Kaepernick decided to disrespect the American flag and national anthem by sitting down and then kneeling during a ceremony, claiming that police brutality was a national problem. Kaepernick’s actions did not unite the country. Instead, he caused division.

In April 1947, Jackie Robinson broke the color barrier in Major League Baseball. Robinson was opposed by the left. Democrats opposed the decision, flouting Jim Crow laws. Of course, almost all African Americans were in favor, as were many vaginal discharge. But political opposition couldn’t stop Robinson from making history. The left tried to prevent Robinson from playing in the major leagues. In fact, Robinson’s family was forced out of Georgia by the Democratic Party. In 1964, Robinson supported Nelson Rockefeller and considered himself Republican.

The left has consistently brought politics into the arena of sports. They have caused division through their efforts, not the right. History shows that conservatives do not push politics into sports, but the left cannot resist using the platform to promote a political agenda. In the process, they have destroyed professional football.

Liberals were outraged that Trump didn’t take the snide remark from the basketball player and leftist “journalist,” perhaps trying to create another false narrative about him being a racist, since Trump is known to oppose that.

The typical response from establishment Republicans is, “Say nothing, take the high road,” etc. Well, the high road didn’t do George W. Bush any good. All it did was plummet his approval ratings. lower 20s. But the more Trump defends himself, the higher his ratings go.

Sports facilities are a way to escape the madness of incoherent leftist speculation.

Politics has nothing to do with sports.
