Hollywood’s Hate Revealed in Hunt

Hollywood hates conservatives so much, it planned to release them Huntinga film about a group of liberal elites who kill 12 unlucky “deplorables” for sport. In the film, the hunters travel to an exotic vacation spot where they attempt to kill their unlucky conservative prey. The premise of this infirmed and twisted film is so outrageous that ESPN, a very liberal network, banned commercials for it.

It was set to be released on September 27; however, the reaction was so robust that Universal Pictures decided to “cancel our plans to release the film.” With the announcement, conservatives scored a scarce victory over Hollywood’s elite. For decades, the film industry has been a bastion of support for Democratic Party candidates. Hollywood titans regularly hold massive fundraisers for presidential candidates, such as former Vice President Joe Biden.

In its films, this politically correct industry portrays liberals as heroes and conservatives as idiots and villains. Surely, viewers could expect more of the same narrative. HuntingThankfully, for now, the country will be spared another intrusive political message masquerading as “entertainment.”

The delay in the film’s release also provided respite for family members of innocent victims of recent massacres in California, Ohio, and Texas who need time to grieve. It was especially unfortunate that, weeks after more than 30 innocent people were killed and dozens more injured by rampaging gunmen, Universal Pictures was planning to release a film about a group of conservatives gunned down by liberal opponents.

On Friday, President Donald Trump joined many other critics in condemning the film, tweeting that Hunting “it was created to incite and create chaos.” Of course, he is absolutely right, since the film was produced by super-liberal Jason Blum, who is responsible for many leftist films such as Get off AND The Purge. He also produced a seven-episode series, The Loudest Voicewhich is currently airing on Showtime. Not surprisingly, the series features Russell Crowe in a very negative portrayal of Roger Ailes, the overdue chairman and CEO of Fox News.

Last year, Blum used his appearance at the Los Angeles Israel Film Festival to condemn President Trump for the “rise of anti-Semitism,” a laughable line that is typical of Hollywood’s elite, which routinely overlooks the president’s zealous support for Israel and the fact that his beloved daughter and son-in-law are Jewish.

An anti-Semite would not make bold decisions like President Trump moving the American embassy to Jerusalem or supporting Israel’s claim to the Golan Heights. In fact, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu praised President Trump for his “exceptional support and incredible friendship.” He also noted that “under your leadership, we have made the alliance between our two extraordinary countries stronger than ever.” It is clear that President Trump is not an anti-Semite, but the best friend Israel has ever had in the White House.

Blum is one of countless liberals in Hollywood who express their partisan political views in projects that are generously funded by the industry. In contrast, conservatives have to keep still in Hollywood or risk becoming unemployed. One of the few exceptions is Jon Voight, who recently produced a brief film praising President Trump.

While most conservative movie stars like James Woods have narrow job opportunities, conservative film producers have a demanding time finding funding for their projects. Instead, crazy movies like Hunting are generously supported by an industry with radical leftist views.

Universal Pictures executives may still decide to release the film this year. Let’s hope it never makes it into mass distribution, because any “satire” depicting innocent people being killed for their ideological beliefs is provocative, to say the least.

The film is billed as “entertainment,” but of course it reflects the fantasy of many in Hollywood that the “deplorables” will be eliminated. It was these appalling “deplorables” who elected Donald Trump president and caused so much pain to liberal Hollywood. The elimination of such individuals in Hunting this is exactly the kind of “satire” some of these vile leftists would like to see on screen.

Only infirmed Hollywood executives would create a movie like this and try to sell it to millions of Americans. It’s another reminder that this industry regularly injects filth into our culture.

This is an industry that constantly preaches the evils of guns and the epidemic of gun violence. Yet, too often, Hollywood produces movies and TV shows filled with blood and gore.

Many celebrities who employ social media to condemn gun violence appear in videos brandishing high-powered weapons and committing horrific acts of violence. It’s an industry that bears some responsibility for the violence in our society today, but instead of accepting blame, they always point the finger at the NRA and Republican politicians like President Trump.

Hypocrisy is called Hollywood.
