Trump Campaign Manager Brad Parscale Reveals Strategy to Win 2020

While Democrats focus on impeaching President Donald Trump, his campaign manager, Brad Parscale, and the rest of his team are focused on winning in November. According to Parscale, the Democrats’ mock impeachment trial has energized the president’s base and helped them raise funds.

“[Impeachment is] bringing in so much money. The fundraising is out of this world. We raised $463 million last year, which is a record. The president continues to have a great fundraising month. All of our metrics show the president up since this happened,” Parscale told Fox News judge Jeanine Pirro.

The Trump Victory Campaign and the Republican National Committee know that impeachment has galvanized and activated voters simply by looking at various metrics.

“We’re sending out emails and asking people to fundraise for different things,” he explained. “We’re seeing wallets opening up about impeachment. Emails, text messages, impeachment announcements.”

The campaign currently has $200 million in the bank, putting it far ahead of the game. Trump’s team didn’t last start fundraising until June 2016.

In addition to successfully raising funds, the president is developing field activities, which gives him a greater advantage than in 2016.

“Our field operations are 24/7. We’re in 17 states. New Hampshire, Nevada, New Mexico, Minnesota. We’ll be ready in every state,” Parscale said. “We want to take back the House of Representatives, and we’re working with the party.”

Pirro asked an critical question: Why 17 states and how are they being determined? The campaign manager said it’s based on time-honored must-win swing states like Ohio and Florida, with the addition of states the campaign wants to “toughen up,” like Arizona, where they’re fairly certain they’ll win but want to do it for sure.

“Then you have a map of expansion, like Minnesota. The budget in all of 2016 for the Trump campaign to win Minnesota was $35,000. Now it’s tens of millions,” he said. “Think about that, and we’re only down 1.5 percent.”

The Trump campaign is not limiting itself to time-honored key battleground states, but is also expanding its reach.

“We really were able to go places in 2016 with the budget and time constraints, like we did this time. Last time we had to give up states like Virginia to go to Wisconsin. This time we don’t have to do that as often. We have a much broader map that we can do, and I think you see that with the president going into New Mexico, New Hampshire… Nevada, Colorado,” Parscale explained. “The states are still there. Several states that the president lost in 2016 are in a much better position for 2020 because of his policies. The number one policy in New Mexico is trade deals with China. People in the state are seeing that.”

Remember, the December voter data showed that Americans’ trust in President Trump is skyrocketing because he’s delivered on the promises he’s made. He’s delivered on his tax cuts, the unemployment rate has reached record lows — especially among Latinos and African Americans — and the Senate has successfully confirmed about 100 judges. Democrats can keep pushing for impeachment, but all they’re doing is getting people to vote for him in November.
