An influential pro-life group is warning Republicans about the Democrats’ “extreme” abortion platform in the presidential election, the Daily Caller News Foundation has learned.
Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America (SBA) sent noteobtained by DCNF, to GOP candidates, leaders, and state leaders about Vice President Kamala Harris and her running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, who have a record of supporting unrestricted abortion and voting against life-saving legislation.
“Harris and Walz support NO abortion restrictions and want to impose this extreme position on all 50 states…even painful late-term abortions in the 7th, 8th and 9th months of pregnancy,” SBA President Marjorie Dannenfelser said in a statement. “Harris is so committed to abortion that she sees nothing else — including the developmental stages of children before birth or the real needs of women.”
The memo warns against Harris support Women’s Health Protection Act, which would legalize abortion federally for all nine months. Harris co-sponsored the bill as a senator in 2018 and led the legislation as vice president.
“It would destroy nearly ALL restrictions on abortion, even those permitted under Roe v. Wade,” the memo warns. Harris has previously voted against legislation restricting abortion at 20 weeks of pregnancy.
As governor of Minnesota, Walz overwrote The SBA said the state’s abortion limit is 24 weeks, meaning abortion is allowed during all nine months.
The pro-life organization also cited a 2023 interview on CBS News Face the Nation in which Harris declined to name a single abortion restriction she supported.
1️⃣ Harris refuses to name a single abortion limit she supports. Even when a reporter asked her if she agreed with interpreting Roe as a 20-24 week limit, she said, “No, no, no.”

“I believe we should enshrine the protections of Roe v. Wade into law, and that will happen if we have a United States Congress that, regardless of their personal views on themselves or their families, agrees that the women of America should be trusted to make decisions about their lives and their bodies based on what they know is in their best interests. It’s that simple.” – Harris he said when she was pushed to the wall over introducing a limit after a certain week of pregnancy.
During her tenure as California Senator, Harris he voted twice against the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which would require doctors to provide medical care to children who survive abortion attempts, the memo notes. Similarly he voted against the Act on the Protection of Unborn Children Capable of Feeling Pain, which aimed to ban abortion when the child is capable of feeling pain, which is around the 20th week of pregnancy.
Walz signed similar legislation in Minnesota that ajar protection of children born alive as a result of attempted abortions and the obligation to report such events was abolished – we read in the note.
The SBA recalled an incident from 2017 in which a woman alleged that a Minnesota Planned Parenthood representative told her, “We don’t tell women this, and many women don’t even ask themselves this question, but if [the doctor] We were to have an abortion and the baby was to come out alive and active, we would most likely break its neck.”
The memo also cited Harris’ support for the California Reproductive Freedom, Accountability, Comprehensive Care, and Transparency Act (FACT Act) of 2015, which required all clinics that primarily serve pregnant women to provide abortion resources and notify women that the state provides free or no-cost abortions. The law knocked down by the Supreme Court in 2018 for violating the First Amendment.
The memo says Harris praised Democratic attorneys general for working to close pregnancy shelters that do not perform abortions.

Under Walz’s leadership, Minnesota repealed the law prevention women from being forced to have abortions and eliminated the requirement that health care providers obtain a patient’s consent before performing an abortion, the SBA said. Walz also eliminated a program that had brought more than $3 million to crisis pregnancy shelters.
A 2023 study cited in the memo found that 70% of women seeking abortions were coerced, and 60% of women said they would have preferred to carry a pregnancy to term if they had better support. According to to the Charlotte Lozier Institute.
Both Harris and Walz have supported efforts to fund abortion through taxpayers, with Harris favoring repealing a provision that would prevent such funding through Medicare and Walz increasing taxpayer funding of Medicare-sponsored abortions.
No woman’s access to reproductive health care should be based on how much money she has. We need to repeal the Hyde Amendment.

The SBA also highlights Kamala’s role in protecting Planned Parenthood by prosecuting whistleblowers. exposed A clinic that allegedly sold body parts of aborted babies has been appointed California’s attorney general.
The SBA memo concludes by saying the couple has consistently celebrated abortion, with Harris becoming the first serving vice president to do so. campaign at an abortion clinic in March 2024 in the company of Walz.
