According to internal federal data obtained by the Biden regime, more than seven million border crossers, including unscreened potential criminals, spies, terrorists and gang members, have been released into the country under the Biden regime’s catch-and-release program. According to Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin, “ICE is completely understaffed and overwhelmed.”
Federal sources tell Fox News that getting through the mountain of cases is essentially impossible with current levels of manpower and resources because the increased rate of border crossings places a ponderous burden on ICE workers.

This news comes among increased concerns that Biden’s open borders policy has exposed the United States to terrorist attacks and up-to-date revelations that the Biden regime is making voter registration forms available to illegal aliens without requiring proof of citizenship.
Social welfare offices and other agencies in 49 U.S. states are making voter registration forms available to migrants without requiring proof of citizenship, prompting leading Republicans and conservatives to call for quick federal action to stop handouts.
Every state except Arizona — which recently passed a law banning the exploit of state but not federal forms — makes mailed voting registration forms available to people applying for welfare benefits, driver’s licenses or, in some cases, without requiring proof of citizenship.
Millions of people crossing the border with parole, refugee or asylum status “are eligible for benefits that will give them access to voter registration offices,” the New York Post reports.
As Democrats and their allies in the media often point out, it is indeed illegal for a non-U.S. citizen to falsely apply for U.S. citizenship or vote in a federal election. However, there is currently no requirement for federal voting forms to show proof of U.S. citizenship to prevent this from happening.
Now House Republicans are trying to pass legislation to stop the cascade of voter fraud expected in the upcoming election.
Last month, the House Administration Committee approved the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act, which requires states to receive proof of citizenship when registering to vote by mail, either at the DMV or at a social service agency office.
“While Biden and radical progressive Democrats provide an app for ISIS and criminals to literally plan illegal entry, Republicans must fight every possibility of illegal voter registration until we can deport en masse,” Roy, a Republican who introduced the measure, told The Post.
Following the bill’s approval, House Speaker Mike Johnson (La.) said in a statement: “As President Biden has welcomed millions of illegal immigrants across our borders, including sophisticated criminal syndicates and foreign adversaries, it is incumbent on Congress to implement more stringent enforcement measures that protect voter registration process and ensure that only American citizens determine the outcome of American elections.”

Their essay was written after repeated warnings by top FBI and military officials about the threat of a terrorist attack on U.S. territory.
As American greatness reported last week, eight ISIS-linked terrorism suspects were arrested as part of an FBI-ICE operation in New York, Los Angeles and Philadelphia. An FBI wiretap reportedly revealed that one of the people currently in custody was talking about bombs.
During former President Donald Trump’s speech in Florida on Friday evening accused Joe Biden of aiding and abetting terrorism by refusing to enforce border security.
“So, in addition to all his other well-documented crimes, dishonest Joe Biden is now also guilty of providing material support to terrorism,” said Trump, who was delivering a speech to mark his 78th birthday.
“Under the Biden administration, the number of people on the terrorism watch list crossing the southern border into our country has increased by 3,000 percent – 3,000 percent!” Trump continued, adding: “This is coming from the Border Patrol. Our country will pay a high price for many, many years. It’s a terrible thing that happened.”
