The OHIO General Assembly has until September 30 to develop a plan of the Congress District, which receives 66% support in both chambers.
If the plan does not have enough bilateral support, the Redistrictive Committee in Ohio will receive the task of inventing a plan.
Without bilateral support on the committee, the legislator will have until November 30 to accept a plan with a straightforward majority.
