Freshman Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wy), daughter of former vice president Dick Cheney, expressed interest in being part of the GOP management. She is interested in the candidate for a republican conference, which is currently run by the chairwoman of Cathy McMoris Rodgers from the state of Washington, CNN Reported.
Depending on what happens during Tuesday’s elections in half, McMorris Rodgers ran for most Whip, and Cheney ran for the chairman of the conference, Newsmax Reported. Cheney told many sources on the hill that he would not run against McMorris Rodgers if he boils down.
After the speaker Paul Ryan retires after this semester, politicians observe GOP leadership to see how he is shaking. It is expected that the leader of most Kevin McCarthy from California will run for a speaker. The leadership election will take place on November 14, just over a week after the election in half.
